Dr. Strube is a retired physician with over thirty years combined experience in family practice and administrative medicine. As a health care insider, he developed a unique perspective on and solutions for the challenges of both medical care delivery and financing.

Dr. Strube was board certified in family medicine and medical management. His background includs extensive training and experience in quality improvement. He held various medical staff and administrative executive positions including Vice President of Medical Affairs for Employers Health Insurance Company and Lincoln National Corporation. Dr. Strube worked as the Chief Medical Director for several large managed care organizations. He also worked as a quality and managed care consultant to major health care organizations.

Dr. Strube and Kathy will celebrate their 48th wedding anniversary this August. They live in Punta Gorda on Florida’s west coast.
